The whole group will enjoy this location to everything from this centrally located condo.  No need to drive your car once you arrive, with easy access to the beach and walkable dining options.

Our condo is on the beach side of Tybee's main road, Hwy 80, giving you walkability to the ocean. The unit is on the top floor (3rd floor) end unit, giving you the most privacy from neighbors. As you walk in you're greeted with a nice open floor plan from kitchen to the living space. As you walk down the hallway you will find the laundry and guest bathroom. Finally you have the guest bedroom and the primary suite with its private bathroom.

Guests will have access to the 2 compact car spots in the parking garage as well as the entire unit.  Guests also have access to the locked beach equipment closet in the parking garage which included beach wagon, chairs and some sand toys. Please return how you found it.

Walking distance to food, drinks and golf cart transportation friendly.

Please bring personal beach towels!!

- **Anonymous**: "We enjoyed our stay overall! The location is fantastic, just a very short walk to the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for. The hosts were responsive and communicative throughout our stay, and the beds were very comfortable.

The condo could benefit from some general maintenance, though. There were a few signs of deferred upkeep, including peeling paint on the walls, a towel rack that was pulling away from the wall, and a broken lock on the outdoor storage area for the beach chairs. We also arrived to find there wasn't any toilet paper, but the hosts responded quickly and brought some over.

Overall, this is a great spot if being close to the beach is your top priority, and with a little attention to maintenance, it would be an even better place to stay." (8/5)
