Notes:
The pool is heated only between 1 October and 30 April. A $50 heating charge applies per night, and coordination must be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the pool has ample time to reach the max temperature of 80º F. When the pool is being heated, the pool cover must be fully deployed over the pool when not in use.
Please bring your own condiments and spices. The fully equipped kitchen refers to cooking utensils, pots/pans, and serveware. For everyone's safety, all opened food items are discarded during the property turnover process.
Only hypoallergenic dogs are welcome to the property with a maximum weight of 45 pounds. No fighting or dangerous breeds are allowed at the property. Please refer to our house rules for fees and additional guidance.
While group events are allowed, parties, loud music, breaking the maximum occupancy of 8 guests, and uncoordinated/undisclosed events are strictly prohibited. Please refer to our house rules for additional information and guidelines.
Guests will have access to the house, the driveway, and the pool area. Please do not attempt to open any locked closets and the storage shed as those are there for storage.
The house is conveniently located in Wilmington Island, which is halfway between Tybee Island (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (20-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.
There is a very nice Kroger grocery store approximately two miles from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (10-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.

- We've stocked your place with starter quantities of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap/pods, and detergent) - perfect for a typical 3-day stay. For longer visits, you'll find several convenience stores nearby for restocking.
- To keep your floors cozy and clean for everyone, we have a no-shoes policy inside the house.
- Please do not remove any furniture, gaming consoles/accessories, decor, or amenities and games from the house.
Being a Good Neighbor
- Our peaceful community observes quiet hours from 8 PM to 8 AM.
- We kindly ask that music and gatherings remain at a considerate volume throughout your stay.
- To maintain our home's safety and comfort, we can only accommodate the number of guests listed in your original booking. Additional or undisclosed guests aren't permitted, as this affects our insurance and safety protocols.
- We actively monitor our properties to ensure they are being used responsibly, especially regarding parties or undisclosed events. If you’re considering hosting an event, please reach out to us in advance so we can work together to coordinate it properly.
- If your intention is to host a party without prior approval, we kindly ask that you reconsider your reservation. This avoids any embarrassment to you due to the termination of your stay and being escorted from the property along with your guests.
Comfort & Safety Guidelines
- For optimal comfort and to protect our HVAC system, please keep the thermostat within a comfortable range (not below 70°F in summer or above 74°F in winter). This helps prevent system issues that could impact your stay.
- Pool & Spa Safety (because we want you to have a splash-tastic time!):
- Please avoid glass containers in the pool or hot tub area (we suggest plastic or aluminum alternatives). We have provided plastic alternatives at the property for ease.
- For everyone's safety, swimming or soaking should only be done when fully alert and sober.
- Swim at your own risk. No diving, running, or horse-playing in the pool area.
- This is a smoke-free home. If you smoke outside, please use the provided ashtrays to dispose of your ash and cigarette butts and help us keep our grounds beautiful.
- To keep things safe and legal: no underage drinking, drug use, or other illegal activities are permitted on the property.
For Our Pet Parents
We love furry friends! Here are our pet-friendly guidelines:
- We welcome hypoallergenic dogs up to 30 pounds (pet fee: $50 per dog per day); sorry, no cats, reptiles, birds, fish, snakes, etc allowed at the property anytime.
- Please ensure your pet(s) are disclosed as a guest on the booking app.
- For everyone's comfort:
- Please keep pets off furniture and beds.
- Bring and use crates if planning to leave pets unattended for any period of time.
- Keep dogs leashed during neighborhood walks.
- Clean up pet waste promptly and dispose in outside bins.
- No swimming for dogs in the pool.
- For insurance reasons, we cannot accommodate fighting breeds or dangerous dogs.
Service Animals are welcome and must follow these ADA guidelines:
- Must remain under handler control at all times.
- Cannot be left alone in the property for any period of time (crated or loose).
- Please inform us of the task they are trained to perform and if they are needed due to a disability.
- Owner is responsible for any damage caused by the service animal.
- Must be housebroken.

-Additional cleaning when needed: $250 (applies to parties, smoking indoors, unauthorized pets, or evidence of pets on furniture, excessive trash or mess).
-Pool & Spa maintenance if glass is broken in the pool/spa area: $500 (covers draining, cleaning glass remains, and refilling).
-Emergency HVAC service calls (if thermostat guidelines aren't followed and system malfunctions): $500 per visit.
-Missing amenities, decor, etc will be charged at market value plus 60% markup
Guest Policy Fees
-Unauthorized additional guests: $250 additional cleaning fee plus $50 per extra person.
-Note: Having undisclosed guests may also result in early termination of your stay without refund.
Pet-Related Fees
-Standard pet fee: $50 per dog, per day. Must be disclosed on the booking platform.
-Unauthorized pets: $250 cleaning fee plus the standard pet fee (calculated for entire stay).
-Undisclosed non-hypoallergenic or shedding dogs: Additional $250 cleaning fee
-Evidence of pets laying on furniture, decor, or bedding: Additional $250 cleaning fee.

Please bring your own condiments and spices. The fully equipped kitchen refers to cooking utensils, pots/pans, and serveware. For everyone's safety, all opened food items are discarded during the property turnover process.
Only hypoallergenic dogs are welcome to the property with a maximum weight of 45 pounds. No fighting or dangerous breeds are allowed at the property. Please refer to our house rules for fees and additional guidance.
While group events are allowed, parties, loud music, breaking the maximum occupancy of 8 guests, and uncoordinated/undisclosed events are strictly prohibited. Please refer to our house rules for additional information and guidelines.
Guests will have access to the house, the driveway, and the pool area. Please do not attempt to open any locked closets and the storage shed as those are there for storage.
The house is conveniently located in Wilmington Island, which is halfway between Tybee Island (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (20-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.
There is a very nice Kroger grocery store approximately two miles from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (10-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.

We believe in creating a wonderful experience for everyone who stays with us. While we're not big fans of rules ourselves, these guidelines help ensure that you and all our guests have an exceptional stay!
Section One: Getting Started
- We've stocked your place with starter quantities of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap/pods, and detergent) - perfect for a typical 3-day stay. For longer visits, you'll find several convenience stores nearby for restocking.
- To keep your floors cozy and clean for everyone, we have a no-shoes policy inside the house.
- Please do not remove any furniture, gaming consoles/accessories, decor, or amenities and games from the house.
Being a Good Neighbor
- Our peaceful community observes quiet hours from 8 PM to 8 AM.
- We kindly ask that music and gatherings remain at a considerate volume throughout your stay.
- To maintain our home's safety and comfort, we can only accommodate the number of guests listed in your original booking. Additional or undisclosed guests aren't permitted, as this affects our insurance and safety protocols.
- We actively monitor our properties to ensure they are being used responsibly, especially regarding parties or undisclosed events. If you’re considering hosting an event, please reach out to us in advance so we can work together to coordinate it properly.
- If your intention is to host a party without prior approval, we kindly ask that you reconsider your reservation. This avoids any embarrassment to you due to the termination of your stay and being escorted from the property along with your guests.
Comfort & Safety Guidelines
- For optimal comfort and to protect our HVAC system, please keep the thermostat within a comfortable range (not below 70°F in summer or above 74°F in winter). This helps prevent system issues that could impact your stay.
- Pool & Spa Safety (because we want you to have a splash-tastic time!):
- Please avoid glass containers in the pool or hot tub area (we suggest plastic or aluminum alternatives). We have provided plastic alternatives at the property for ease.
- For everyone's safety, swimming or soaking should only be done when fully alert and sober.
- Swim at your own risk. No diving, running, or horse-playing in the pool area.
- This is a smoke-free home. If you smoke outside, please use the provided ashtrays to dispose of your ash and cigarette butts and help us keep our grounds beautiful.
- To keep things safe and legal: no underage drinking, drug use, or other illegal activities are permitted on the property.
For Our Pet Parents
We love furry friends! Here are our pet-friendly guidelines:
- We welcome hypoallergenic dogs up to 30 pounds (pet fee: $50 per dog per day); sorry, no cats, reptiles, birds, fish, snakes, etc allowed at the property anytime.
- Please ensure your pet(s) are disclosed as a guest on the booking app.
- For everyone's comfort:
- Please keep pets off furniture and beds.
- Bring and use crates if planning to leave pets unattended for any period of time.
- Keep dogs leashed during neighborhood walks.
- Clean up pet waste promptly and dispose in outside bins.
- No swimming for dogs in the pool.
- For insurance reasons, we cannot accommodate fighting breeds or dangerous dogs.
Service Animals are welcome and must follow these ADA guidelines:
- Must remain under handler control at all times.
- Cannot be left alone in the property for any period of time (crated or loose).
- Please inform us of the task they are trained to perform and if they are needed due to a disability.
- Owner is responsible for any damage caused by the service animal.
- Must be housebroken.
Important Note for All Guests:
-While we aim to be flexible, significant violations of these guidelines (such as unauthorized guests, unapproved events or parties, unregistered pets, or disturbing the peace) may result in the early termination of your stay without refund.

Section Two: Transparency About Additional Fees and Penalties for
House Rules Violations
We believe in being upfront about any potential charges, so there are no surprises during your stay. While we hope to never need to enforce these, here's a clear breakdown of our fee structure in the event of willful disregard for our house rules:
Cleaning & Maintenance Fees
-Additional cleaning when needed: $250 (applies to parties, smoking indoors, unauthorized pets, or evidence of pets on furniture, excessive trash or mess).
-Pool & Spa maintenance if glass is broken in the pool/spa area: $500 (covers draining, cleaning glass remains, and refilling).
-Emergency HVAC service calls (if thermostat guidelines aren't followed and system malfunctions): $500 per visit.
-Missing amenities, decor, etc will be charged at market value plus 60% markup
Guest Policy Fees
-Unauthorized additional guests: $250 additional cleaning fee plus $50 per extra person.
-Note: Having undisclosed guests may also result in early termination of your stay without refund.
Pet-Related Fees
-Standard pet fee: $50 per dog, per day. Must be disclosed on the booking platform.
-Unauthorized pets: $250 cleaning fee plus the standard pet fee (calculated for entire stay).
-Undisclosed non-hypoallergenic or shedding dogs: Additional $250 cleaning fee
-Evidence of pets laying on furniture, decor, or bedding: Additional $250 cleaning fee.
-Pet accidents inside or waste not cleaned up in the yard: $250 cleaning fee.
-Pool or spa cleaning if dogs swim: $500 sanitization fee.
Service Animal Guidelines
We proudly welcome legitimate service animals while following ADA regulations. To maintain the integrity of these accommodations and ensure fairness for all guests, please note:
Important Distinctions:
-Service animals are dogs individually trained to perform specific tasks for people with disabilities.
-Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), therapy animals, and comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are subject to our standard pet fees.
-Per Airbnb policy, ADA regulations, and Georgia State Law, ESAs are not provided the same protections as service animals. Thus, they are not exempt from paying the regular pet fee $50 per day, per dog.
Service Animal Requirements:
-The handler must maintain control of the service animal at all times.
-Service animals cannot be left alone in the property - unattended service animals will be considered pets and incur the standard pet fee plus penalties.
-We'll need your disclosure of:
--The specific task(s) the animal is trained to perform.
--Is the animal needed due to a disability?.
-Service animals must be housebroken.
-Disruptive behavior (excessive barking, aggression, destruction of property) may result in the animal being treated as a pet or being asked to leave the property.
Please Note:
-Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is both unethical and illegal in many jurisdictions.
-If we discover a pet has been falsely claimed as a service animal, you'll be charged:
-Standard pet fee ($50 per day, per animal) for the entire stay.
-Additional $250 cleaning fee.
-Your stay may be terminated without refund if other pet policies or house rules were violated.
We maintain these policies to protect the rights of guests with legitimate service animals while ensuring our property remains welcoming and comfortable for all visitors, furry or not.
Early Stay Termination (Without Refund) May Result From:
-Excessive noise or parties.
-Undisclosed events such as reunions, birthdays, parties, weddings, etc.
-Unauthorized guests.
-Illegal activities such as drug use, underage drinking, fighting, altercations, etc.
-Pool or spa safety violations.
-Exceeding maximum guest count for the listing.
-Having pets over 30 pounds.
-Dangerous dog breeds such as Pitbulls (and related breeds), Dobermans, Rottweilers, etc.
-Clear disregard for the property, the neighbors, and the house rules.
We share these details in advance in the spirit of clear communication and mutual respect. Our goal is to ensure everyone has a wonderful stay while maintaining our home's quality for all future guests.

We had a great stay! Loved the yard and pool. Very convenient location, clean house and plenty of space for our group of 5. The house had basic items for cooking and cleaning, but wished the they had a few more things like pool towels and extra trash bags/cleaning supplies. We purchased these things at a nearby grocery store, but then had to leave a lot behind due to flying home. Fast and helpful communication both before and during our stay as well. Overall great spot for our girls weekend in Savanah!
