Just minutes away, you'll find well-known shopping options like Walmart and Publix, as well as dining choices like Five Guys and a variety of bars and restaurants. The cottage offers ample parking with space for two cars in the driveway and an additional spot on the street.

The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.

There is a very nice Publix grocery store approximately three minutes from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.

We ask that the space, other guests, and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay!

Note The backyard is fenced, but the property backs to the pond, so there is always the chance that unattended pets will go for a swim, so please do not leave them outside by themselves.

We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night. You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you!

You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app at noon on the day of your arrival. It is important that you visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property.

You can park up to two cars on the driveway and one on the street. The garage is small and not the best option for today's vehicle sizes.

The space is dog-friendly only. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting furry friends. Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee.
