The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.
There is a very nice Publix grocery store approximately three minutes from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.

Great location between Tybee island and Savannah very easy to get to both
The place was as described in the description. I reached out to ask a question and it took a few days to get a response. I saw a few reviews that talked about AC being an issue. The AC does work but it is in Savannah (in summer) so it seemed to struggle to keep the upstairs rooms below 74 degrees. I’d bring an extra fan with you. They also had a few extra baby items (high chair, pack and play, sheets for it) which was nice!
