Fenced, well lit backyard with brand new eco friendly turf and brick fire pit.

Second floor unit, must be able to walk up stairs! Stainless steel appliances.  Keurig coffee machine, blender, air fryer, and more specialty kitchen items. Quartz countertops.  High end fixtures.  Comfortable bedding and furniture.  Shared, relaxing & spacious backyard with patio, outdoor dining table, Adirondack chairs, brick fire pit, and Weber grill.  Smart locks and smart thermostat.

Guests will have access to the upstairs apartment (A) on the white top/bottom duplex, the shared backyard and outdoor space, assigned parking area, and the free street parking.  Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details.

Savannah is a small city and you can walk most anywhere from the Peach House.  There is a free trolley that runs downtown, which you can check out at ConnectTheDot.  Street parking is plentiful and the property has a private off street parking area attached to the backyard and accessible from the alley.  It is well lit, spacious, and accommodates 1 vehicle for your stay with us.

** Note:  Attention must be paid to the street sweeping schedule to avoid a parking fine when parking for free on the street.  There are signs posted on the side of the road with sweeping times.  Simply move your vehicle to a street that is not getting swept that day to avoid a ticket.

After you book there is a second form they want you to fill out, outside of the platform, this was a surprise at first. Some new language pops up that isnt shown on arbnb such as $50 per day dog fee, extra fees for checking in early or leaving late, talks of deposits, etc. I also got a few long generic auto responses, they can take time to respond personally to your questions. 
The alley to the back parking is a dirt road and upon arrival there was a ton of overflowing garbage with flies. We couldn’t park there because it was next to the spot and the flies swarmed us. They did say they put a request out to the city and the city did get it the next afternoon though. The kitchen area smelled a little like dog, but not overbearing. There was an issue with the front door, it took a while to get a response but I was able to change the batteries. Overall good thoug" (8/5)
