Guests will have access to the entire building, the private upstairs and downstairs porches, the assigned parking spots behind the building and the street parking across the building. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details.

*Note: Please keep noise to a minimum and respect the quiet hours of 8pm to 8am. Events must be cleared and coordinated with us first.

We think that walking around town is the best way to see the city!

If riding is more your speed, we are a quick and inexpensive Uber or taxi to all of the downtown attractions. The free DOT trolley picks up just a block away and runs every fifteen minutes to the Historic District too!

If you drove here, park up to two (2) cars behind the building or park on one of the several free on-street parking spots in front of the building and walk or ride around Savannah.

** Note: Attention must be paid to the street sweeping schedule to avoid a parking fine when parking on the street. There are signs posted on the side of the road with sweeping times. Simply move your vehicle to a street that is not getting swept that day to avoid a ticket.

This is an top/down duplex building and you must climb 20 steps to reach the top apartment. You will enter the upstairs apartment using the door on the right (B). And the downstairs apartment (A) by using the door on the left or the back door.

The doors auto-lock from the outside. An additional deadbolt is also provided on each door for extra security; simply turn it from the inside, or press the “Schlage” oval and turn it from the outside.

The private parking area is found at the back of the property. It has TWO assigned parking spots for your stay. This area is shared between both apartments, so either apartment may use both spots. You can park any additional vehicles on the street in front of the property.

Please be aware that even though we spray for bugs on a quarterly basis, you might see palmetto bugs, wasps, and other insects during your stay. They usually come out to die, but please do your best to keep them out of the house by keeping the windows and doors shut at all times, only bringing food items to the dining room, and keeping trash in the trash can.

Construction on the property next door is currently paused and quiet, and is not expected to resume for at least a year. Please do not be detracted by the unfinished look of that property.
