Guests will have access to the entire property with the following exceptions:
- Basement, which is used for storageand utilities
- Attic, which is also used for storage
Guests will enter the home through either the side or back entrance. The front door is operational, but due to its old, historic lock, it is not the most convenient entrance or exit point. All other entry and exit points have a keyless entry capability.
We think that walking around town is the best way to see the city! If riding is more your speed, we are a quick and inexpensive Uber or taxi to all of the downtown attractions. The free DOT trolley picks up just a block away and runs every fifteen minutes to the Historic District too!
If you drove here, park in the garage or on one of the many available on-street parking spots and walk or ride around Savannah. Attention must be paid to the street sweeping schedule to avoid a parking fine when parking on the street.
Please read our house rules thoroughly before renting.
This beautiful and historic home is part of a wonderful and vibrant neighborhood. It is important to us that the property, the neighbors, and the house rules are respected and treated with dignity at all times.
Please keep in mind that this property is ONLY offered as a monthly rental with a 30-day minimum length of stay.
