To access apartment A (upstairs unit), use the left door from the front of the building.  If you're entering from the private parking area (behind the property), you can access apartment A through the stairs that lead to the second story door.

You can access apartment B through the right door if parked on the street in front of the building. Or through the right door (bottom level) if you are parked in the back assigned spot.

*Note: Apartment A is the second story space.  Apartment B is on the first level.

- **Anonymous**: "Our group had a nice stay at Carlos and Marci’s duplex! We rented both sides and it was perfect for 8 people, esp since there are 2 bathrooms in each unit. You can hear a bit of movement between the 2 units, but this is expected in shared space. A helpful house manual was shared ahead of time and provided clear instructions for check in / out. 

The house was clean and well equipped with basic supplies and linens. We did want to note the lack of throw blankets. While absolutely not a requirement for hosts to provide - and we understand why they might not want to - it would have been nice to have for lounging in the living room. Bring your own if you have a similar preference!

The location of the duplex was great! We thought the area was very walkable and we visited Forsythe Park, the river front, and Kroger on foot with ease. 

Carlos and Marci were prompt in their communication with us prior to and during our trip. We would stay here again and would recommend for other groups!" (10/5)
